“Very disappointed. (Refund please)”
Upon my arrival I figured that there was no power, I came there to get some rest and cook as I came a bodybuilding show. I was so disappointed I couldn't check-in. They ddnt even inform us about the issues before my arrival. I requested for a refund and they sent me back and forth the service I quiet disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to make a reservation there. The owner informed me that I need to contact booking.com directly for my refund but I contacted booking.com they also said I must communicate with the owner in the regards of the cancelation. I still need back my money I cannot pay for a room that I did not utilize because of the poor service etc. They couldn't even recommend any alternative option to help me out...

We didn't even go inside, when we got to the property we were told there was no electricity and its been 2 days and the ownerwas rude on the phone. We had to look for an alternative place
