Location beautiful. Great service from staff. Accommodation very comfortable with amazing views. Good breakfast. All staff friendly and efficient, grounds well kept and gardens beautiful. Nice to see wildlife around property such as Monkeys and bush babies. Walking distance to a snack shop for water and other restaurants to try. Great access to Secret beach to swim, explore rock pools, walk, watch fishermen.

The houses are in a beautiful location, on top of the cliff, with a beautiful view of the ocean. But it is important to know that there is no direct access to the water from the houses. You have to walk down to the bay between the rocks. You can only swim at only high tide, because the coast is rocky and full of sea urchins. There is no large white sandy beach at this accommodation. The staff was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was very flexible, they allowed a very early check-in, I was able to occupy our house at 6 am. And when we left, because we also had a very early departure, they packed us food instead of breakfast. The food was good (but there wasn't a lot of variety on the menu, and it was the same every day, and in many cases even what was on the menu wasn't available)

“Stunning views! Back to nature..”

The most amazing views and it was so special to be close to the secret beach so we could visit at any time of day or night when the day visitors were not around. The staff were lovely and the loungers on the balcony got a great sea breeze. The tea and coffee on the room were good and the only place I experienced that had a good size coffee mug!! Staff were exceptional.

The Rock and the beach around it is magical. The room was really spacey and the private outdoor area was also huge! The view from the room, the terrace or the restaurant is amazing.

Location: I’ve been around the world, and this is by far the most beautiful place I’ve stayed. The water is wonderfully warm. Staff: everyone was super friendly and helpful. Rooms: I love the design. Modern and eco friendly. We thought we would miss having air con, but it wasn’t an issue. Restaurant: food was really good and lots of veggie options. Who’s it for: couples who want to relax in the Zanzibar sunshine inbetween swimming in the secret beach.

Wonderful location with the charm of Zanzibar’s wildlife – colobus monkeys all around! We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The location is amazing. The room is big and the outdoor washroom is very ... nice. The crew is very helpful and friendly on the limits allowed by the management.

The rooms are amazing with a private terrace and a great view. But after a day it can get boring because you can only swim very rarely because of the tides. The food isn’t good be careful.

The terrazze was amazing. The staff was great, thanks to Adrofu, Kevin, Angel and Claren and all staff

This is paradise! An authentic, clean and quiet place! We especially appreciate the human, dogs, cats and monkey friendly approach.

This is the kind of place that we prefer: quiet and not touristy. The view and setting must undoubtedly be the most spectacular in all of Zanzibar. There are excellent staff and great restaurants around. It was truly a memorable stay, and on return, we would surely stay here again!
