Oh dear, where to start? The property is self check-in. The lockbox is the worst POS on the market - if it hadn't been for a pair of guests that were just leaving I wouldn't have been able to get in. When I got to the property, the AC wasn't working because the electricity is metered. But the meter wouldn't accept coins. So I and (apparently) all the other guests in that apartment had to enjoy 35+ degree weather with no AC. The apartment itself was nice, but you could tell the owner shirked on things like door knobs and power sockets. The apartment door knob on the inside would come off and it was difficult to close from the outside. The locks required fiddling in order to lock. The property manager was less than useless - offering only canned answers (that hadn't been updated since COVID) and being of no help at all. Overall, a major disappointment.
