“Bright, quiet and cosy”

The flat was spacious (we were just two of us), well-equiped and designed with taste. You could see the ocean 180 degrees around. It was also very quiet. It takes ca. 25 min. to get down by car to the Northern coast and ca. 1 hour to reach the magnificent Tejeda mountains (Pico de las Nieves, etc). The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Unbeatable location if you like a calm place out of the busy touristic areas. Amazing facilities, spotless clean, beautiful view. 10+

Everything was absolutely perfect, the house was equipped with everything you need. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Dishes, cutlery, everything was quite a lot. The view is really great. Several different rooms, including a fireplace room with a wonderful view and a dining room! There was a feeling of staying in a real country cottage.

We loved every corner of this house. I don’t know how to discribe this place - it is a real paradise, a 5 star hotel equivalent or even better. This was the best stay in my entire life tbh. If you want to work remotely and have an amazing place to stay, just book Casa Azuaje. It has everything you need and more! You don’t have to leave the flat even. We also could discover north Gran Canaria (went to Galdar museum, Agaete, Las Palmas, El Puertillo, Moya, Tilos de Moya). The kitchen is my dream kitchen with a breathtaking view with windows all around. The bathroom is like a luxus spa. The bed supercomfi. Its a rural house but modern made. There is a huge terrace with sunbeds and a table for dining - some geccos are joining you to check up on your dinner. It is quiet, no stupid tourists whatsoever. There was a way down (pedestrian path) from the hill which was sometimes challenging but i loved it. I could “exercise” and down at the hill there is an amazing natural swimming pool. I took the bus to go to las palmas and el puertillo. Was supereasy and quick. You don’t necessarily need a car. Fernando was supernice and helpful! We regret that we left this great place for maspalomas. We are already missing it…

We did NOT STAY at this property. I have written to booking.com wishing to cancel the stay immediately. NO REPLY WAS GIVEN. The state the property was in WAS UNACCTEPTABLE.

The view on the Barranco from the terrace is really impressive ! The house itself is pleasant, spacious with lots of storage, and we found all required first need products. Overall, a very good place to explore the north and west of the Island !

“Spacious apartments with excellent views”

The house is located in a green part of the island in a countryside. From (to) the airport by car, a journey takes about 40 minutes. A part of the road in mountains (a narrow road with hairpin turns) takes about 15 minutes. At first time it is unusual (after a plain in my experience), but then it ceases to be a difficulty and the roads are in good condition. A big supermarket about 20 minutes, a nearest national park are 10 minutes away. Also it is possible to walk right from the house along a gorge towards the ocean (it is not necessary to go down or up). It is very calm here: only the singing of birds and the crowing of roosters. The apartments have everything you need: house appliances (oven, dishwasher, hob, toaster, microwave, etc. which really work), linen, towels, enough pillows, detergents, garbage bags, etc. The Internet connection is also quite fast and stable. TVs with smart TV functions. Great balcony with sunbeds, a table and an amazing view. Modern bathroom with an interesting design. Parking at the house. Fast and complete host responses via messenger. Contactless check-in (out).
