The room is spacious and the host was lovely. The price is very reasonable. There was ample parking right across the street.

Such a lovely place, wish we had more than one night, the hosts are lovely, arranged to pick us up from the port (for a good price). The rooms are large, very clean and modern, and have everything you need with a lovely balcony. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend! Bus stops walking distance.

We recently returned from a 15 days stay at Erminia Studios. We found it amazing and an exceptionally good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. Maria and her husby were lovely, welcoming and and attentive, helping us with their advice and going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. The location is great and the area is beautiful. A car is advised - but then we didn't have one and managed perfectly well as there are buses and local taxis in the area! Definitely going back to Erminia... in fact we are already planning our next visit ;-)

Maria is a superb host, always available for any request. The location is convenient for exploring the island, and the flat is clean and spacious — not to mention the excellent price!

“Poor experience for anyone on holiday.”

Shower was ridiculous and impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom and no wall attachment so washing hair you need to be a gymnast. Sheets on the bed but no other bedding at all so had to purchase. Cooking facility (an electric two ring balanced on the draining board). Not self catering, you couldn't have made meals. Interesting that all of the feedback leaves the same comment - suggests they may not be genuine?

The apartments where near Argostoli and many beautiful beaches. The staff was very friendly. There was free parking space opposite of the apartments.

“Perfect place to discover Kefalonia”

Maria is an excellent owner. Helpful and flexibil. Perfect English and Italian. Location. Central position in the island. Own parking (opposite, on the other side of the road, under the olive trees). Room nr. 10 (big, shaddy, silent room with garden view, big terrace with a yucca palm and a fige tree). We spent 13 pleasant nights there and we have very good memories. That is a nice accomodation. Cleaning every 3 days. Free sunumbrella for the beach. Good beaches (Trapezaki, Kanali, Lourdata) and restaurants (Stamna/Trapezaki, Spiros/Vlachata, etc.) near. A good bakery in 200 metres from the house on the main road (open from 6 a.m. to late evening). Supermarkets in Vlachata (next village to Skala/Poros), a bit further (to Argostoli) Kritikos and Lidl. Many historical monuments, churches, monasteries, etc. is near. So it is a good central place if you would like to move on the island and discover it.

While in Greece I've been to 5 different places. This was the best one! The room was big, very clean and nice furniture. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There's kitchen stuff for cooking (no toaster or microwave). Big balcony. If you're by car the location is good. There are parking spots opposite the apartment in the shadow under olive trees.
