Overview
Built on a hill and only 500 metres from Mourteri Beach, Villa Pasifai offers unobstructed Aegean Sea views. It features an outdoor pool with hydro massage jets, a poolside bar and a stone-built courtyard. Opening to a balcony, all air-conditioned rooms, studios and apartments include a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Some units are self-catered with a kitchen including a stove, while all have sea views. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Guests will find taverns, cafés and a mini market 500 metres away from Villa Pasifai. The port of Kimi is 20 km away. Free street parking is provided off site.

Fantastic stay! The view from the terrace was spectacular. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The area is very peaceful – just the sound of the sea and cicadas. The pool is large with a beautiful view. Nearby beaches are stunning and never crowded. Mandy, the owner, was kind and helpful. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

The hospitality was great. They really maked you feel that you are more than welcome there. They were very warm. Everything was so clean. The location was perfect. We really recommend this place for your holidays. The view was wonderfull

If you are looking for a secluded, heavenly and calm place to rest, enjoy harmony, and pause deeply, this gem of a place is for you. A paradisiaque location: a villa perched up high on a cliff, overlooking the seaside, bathing in sunlight in the morning and in birds and cicadas songs in the evening. A swimming pool with a gorgeous view complete with sunbeds around- you have a choice to stay under the sun or in a light shade. A view from the terrace that steals your heart, and the friendly lovely owners that would lovingly restore it: thank you for the best apricots ever, for your kind care and for keeping this place so immaculately clean, Adamantia!

Amazing view and lovely balcony. The pool was excellent. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Great value for money. Mandy the owner went out of her way to make us welcome and spoke excellent English.

“The perfect place for climbers with family.”
We stayed at Villa Pasifai for climbing at the end of May. The place perfectly combine beach rest and climbing! You have 20 min driving to the best climbing areas in Manikia, and 5 min walking to the beach. Villa Pasifai is perfect place for children and family rest , also.

Very modern & clean. Views were amazing & Mandy was a wonderful hostess. She speaks excellent English so that was a great plus. We overlooked the beach & village of Mourteri. The beach is extensive & very pleasant.

Wow! Amazing location, friendly people and plenty to see. Mandy our hostess couldn't have been more helpful and generous. Wonderful view from the terrace, very nice and clean apartment with all the necessary kitchen equipment and A/C in both room. Beautiful large and clean pool, private parking space. 100% would go back.

“Splendind location and a comfortable stay”
One of the greatest location I've been in Greece. The Villa is exactly as in the fotos: clean, with a great view to the sea. The rooms are spacious with big balconies/terraces. The hosts are very friendly and the place looks really good taken care of. There is a pool and a bar. Location is remote and quite, wide-long beach, and not far are the mountains with climbing area and cosy greek villages. Definitely recommend it for those who are seeking nature-close vacations. In the area you can buy fruits and vegetables from the local farmers.

“Greece at its best! Great value, fantastic location.”
Very outstanding and exquisite place with excellent ammenities and very friendly family owners. The place is exactly has appearing on pictures and perfectly matched our expectations. Great value offer. The view is fantastic and the swimming pool is a great bonus for the children. The beach of Mourteri is huge, and therefore quite undercrowded at this time of July. If you wish you can stay at one of the cantinas' places providing reclining chairs and umbrellas for free if you order something.
