“No daily change of towels, ghost charges on CC, and a breakfast that made me vegetarian”
-Hotel rooms are not cleaned every other day, and towels were not changed daily. -They also run a scam, and small ghost charges will appear on your credit card after check out, Recommend freezing the credit card directly after check out and settling your bill. -Breakfast i would recommend to eat out

Spacious, clean room, comfortable beds, walking distance to Castro Street (downtown Maintain View). 24/7 Gym with enough equipment for a good workout.

“Horrible service at front desk, very inconvenient”

The water in wash basin places in bathroom was no going, there is a blockage or the cap is not opening properly for the water to pass.

Location was good from the perspective of being in central Silicon Valley, if you have a car. As a visitor without a car, then options were rather limited, although there were shops and some restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel was rather basic, but very clean and the staff were universally excellent and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with an enormous TV, if that's important to you! Tea and coffee machine in the room, which was good.
