“Delightful waterside property”

We had a spacious well-appointed room with doors opening to the patio overlooking the harbour. Especially appreciated that there were more than enough hangers for all our clothes (we were staying a week). Breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cakes etc. An afternoon pot of tea and biscuits was also available on request. Hosts charming and waited with us till our departure taxi to the airport arrived.

It was a very quiet neighbourhood, sitting on dock area at night was brilliant for watching the sunset. Carole and Joe were a lovely couple, kind and amiable. Lots of information supplied in the room on entry, on places to visit, things to do, bus and ferry timetables etc. Annie was a lovely lady who attended to all your needs at breakfast and cleaned the rooms etc.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Watercolours between the 17-24 December 2025 and would thoroughly recommend it! The hosts are wonderful, remarkably kind and hospitable - they made our first experience of Bermuda very special, adding a touch of magic to a much needed break. Watercolours is a beautiful home, very tastefully decorated, with the guest rooms luxurious and well appointed. Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!

Our first visit to Bermuda and chose Watercolours based on reviews and we prefer smaller places. This place was everything the great reviews said. Carol and Joe were great hosts as well as Annie at breakfast. To wake every morning right next to the water was wonderful as well as seeing the sunsets at night. The huge room we had was perfect and the location of Watercolours was great. The ferry being a few seconds away, Divots restaurant within a short walk, the supermarket and bus stop 10 min walk. Bermuda is such a lovely place to visit and the beaches were just amazing - we will be back.

The hosts Carol and Joe where very loverly and helpful the position of the house is out of Hamilton by the waters edge so the location is quite and only a short ferry ride to Hamilton where you can catch other ferrys to all parts of the islands. There is a local golf course where you can have good quality meals. The rooms are clean and comfy maintained very well, We had a loverly Time.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and guided tour. After our long journey we relaxed immediately. The rooms were outstanding, breakfasts homely and tranquility abundant. A perfect location we were fortunate to find. Our hosts Carole and Joe went above and beyond in assisting and answering our questions. Watercolours is an inspiration to any budding artist or hospitality apprentice. Looking forward to a return visit. ❤🙂😁

Carole and Joe are excellent hosts in their beautiful home. The property is in a superb location with beautiful views and facilities. The continental breakfast each day was a real treat(The homemade bread was just lovely). We had hired a small Bermi electric car for our stay which was exceptionally easy to charge and park at the property. Thoroughly recommend this property, thanks to Joe and Carole for making our trip to Bermuda special.

Breakfast was excellent, with delicious homemade pastries and breads. Great variety of conserves and coffee/tea. Beautiful cutlery and china with thoughtful emphasis on presentation. Location was stunning.

We had a beautiful stay at Watercolours, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning and small touches such as the honest bar were a great addition. The pool was a treat and given there are only 4 rooms it never felt busy, a very chilled vibe! You also can't beat staying right on the water, it's very special to be able to swim right off the dock. Thank you both for your hospitality.

The property was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and the housecleaning was perfect. Very close to the Ferry to Hamilton. Walk to it in less than 5 minutes. Clean and spacious room and right on the marina with beautiful view. The hostess was amazing, and she provided all that we needed. We would definitely consider staying in this B&B again if we visit Bermuda again.
