The location was brillient for our purposes with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host and all the other staff were excellent. Especially the cleaning team lead by Sandhya was cheerful and made us felt homely.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities like cooktop and washing machine :) It made for a really easy stay for me and two friends. Located a little bit away from the main city of Colombo, but that was also nice to be able to experience all parts of the city while travelling in tuktuks!! Niluka was a lovely host and more than happy to help :)

Everything was perfect and relaxing, owner was very supportive. Place had everything you need to survive even a month. You can cook, do the laundry by yourself if needed. everything was there. place was super clean. Do not think twice booking this property

The property owner Niluka and her team are very nice people and friendly made our stay very comfortable. This 2BR apartments is very clean with all basic facilities for our comfortable stay home away from Melbourne. The location is just 2 min walk from Galle Road hence it is easier to book vehicles and TUK TUK via Pick Me and UBER app. We also want to mention Niluka's assistant Manoj who handed over the keys to us and took us to the nearby supermarket to buy essentials upon arrival. This is a great gesture and highly appreciated. Overall we strongly recommend anyone coming to Sri Lanka to book this fantastic 2BR apartment. It is also worth to mention that beds and mattresses are very comfortable, solid waste collection and cleaning are done regularly.

Manager Niluka is very friendly and always available at anytime. As well as her staffs are also very nice and kind. Its a great location where stores and beaches are not far. Apartments was clean, stylish. Kitchen itself was well equipped with everything we want. I ane my wife was very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I loved it here. Nice and quiet place 2 minutes away from the main road. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a lot of space and 3 beds to choose from. The owner is friendly and helpful. A few good restaurants are within a 10-minute walk (I personally can recommend Chinese Dragon). There's a small supermarket across the street. You can also enjoy the view from the rooftop.

Great place for our stay. It had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly host and staff. Very close to all the amenities and parking was available in the property. We felt very safe once we were in the apartment.

My wife, 13 year old son, and I stayed here for 5 nights in December of 2022. We were very happy with the apartment and the communication. We like staying in a local neighborhood as opposed to a hotel. This location was tucked away from a major street amongst friendly locals. We were just a few steps away from shopping and restaurants and a short ride to Mount Lavinia beach (about 7/8 minutes on tuk tuk). If you are independent travelers like us, it is a great place to stay in the Colombo area. We were able to cook some of our own meals, and really got a tasty of an authentic neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is also a great value for what you get. It was spacious and all of the important things were there: comfortable beds, working AC, working internet with good speed, shower with warm water and good pressure. Think Airbnb, but without the ridiculous cleaning fee charge. There is also a pretty cool view from the porch which was private and on the second story. We sat out there in the evenings and had drinks, looking over the neighborhood and listening to the sounds of Sri Lanka. I would recommend this to anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel.
