I have lived in Sri Lanka for five years, and my father and brother were visiting both me and Sri Lanka for the first time. We were delighted with this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered exceptional value for money. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. We would happily stay here again.

“AVOID THIS PLACE...!!!”

AVOID THIS PLACE...!!! The property was not as shown on Booking.com and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The kitchen and appliances looked neglected, with dirty cutlery and a fridge that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The sink and cooking area were unhygienic, and the bathroom/shower area had visible grime and poor upkeep. On top of this, the A/C wasn’t working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. This was not the standard I expected and not what the listing photos suggested. I also had an issue with the pricing/charging. When he charged me, he used a USD exchange rate that was higher than the daily rate. When I asked about it, he simply said that’s the USD rate he uses. This felt unfair and added to the overall negative experience. I would not stay here again and I strongly recommend others consider other options.

The balcony was enormous and had a wonderful seaview, and the apartment was spacious and very cozy. We will miss it, and we hope to come back for a longer stay!

Perfectly situated whole apartments. 2min from the Galle road. Equally 5min to the railway station, and beach. The apartment on the top floor that I had, was spacious, and equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay more personal than in a hotel or hostel. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony were all in good shape and clean. The owner lives next door, and is a very nice and forthcoming man, and available in case of need or Information of any kind of things. Definetly worth a recommendation from my side, and I would come again for the next stay in Mount Lavinia.

Close to galle road , Mount lavinia beach . Our rooms looks old and. Nothing like the photos advertised.

Staff are very helpful and very accommodative. I was able to check in early as I landed early morning. Had to pay a little extra for the early check in which is great. There is always someone to help with the bags as there is no lift for the upper floors.
