“Great for a night after landing.”

Stayed here for one night after landing at the airport. Was very clean and lots of space in the room. Staff were lovely.

Ruptop bar supposed to close at 12am. There was loud music and other noice keep break my sleep. It’s was continue I believe up to 3 or 4pm. I was in 2nd floor room. Directly under the rooftop bar.

“Low water Pressure”

The beach is just opposite the resort. Crossing a train trail will reach Lavinia beach. Few restaurants along the beach. 30mnts to the city centre by Tuttut. Staff is friendly and helpful. I got no small note to pay TutTut, the staff borrow me some small notes to settle the bill. Room cleans, cozy and cold.

Great hotel with a very comfortable, clean room with a hot shower! Location minutes from the beach and by the train line. Easy access to Colombo by Grab, train and bus, and we used here as a base for visiting the city. We stayed an extra night as a Grab to the airport only took an hour. Great staff who were friendly and helpful and we ate at the hotel for breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices. A sociable area for sitting downstairs with a pool table. We would stay again if in the area.

The property is about 50m from beach. One can enjoy the view of the Indian Ocean from the rooftop while enjoying food. There's a train track running close and is a source of entertainment. Every time a train passes, we were running to the balcony like kids. Breakfast is not included. All meals have to be paid, which is fine. The Chef Madhu is a good cook. He customised the menu for our Indian taste. The owner Mrs. Stephanie is very cordial, always smiling, and is a professional. She works personally and supervised most of the works. It was our last place of stay in Sri Lanka, and we rested a lot. Made a couple of visits to the beach and the city. The city is located about 15 km. Tuk Tuks and Cars are available and we used Uber.

The receptionist was exceptionally understanding and accommodating. I stayed here on the st Valentine's night before my flight and the receptionist warned me that the hotel was fully booked and might be loud due to the celebration, but i didn't hear anything and had a great sleep before my departure
