Extremely clean, everything smelt so nice! Beds were so comfortable and the hosts were so lovely. There was a washing machine, spot to hang clothes to dry, and a full sized fridge which were all super handy. One of our nicest stays in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend.

Good location and spotlesdly clean. We especially enjoyed the communal terrace as we were the only guests. We didn't have a kettle, but the host brought us up a pot of tea each morning.

Nice family and quite good standard of the room and property. Very close to the beach.

The location is just next to the beach, good size rooms and really a friendly host who helped us a lot while our stay. It was a perfect stay while living in Colombo and for the people who loves to enjoy at beach.

The room was large,very clean with comfortable beds,the bathroom had modern fixtures however the shower flooded the bathroom...so not great.There was also a shared kitchen area,it had a fridge and washing machine and kettle.The air con was very good and there was also a ceiling fan.

Spotlessly clean, friendly hosts and great location. Spent all my time at the Mount Lavinia Hotel nearby. Great to have access to a fridge and washing machine.

We arrived in the middle of the night (at 1 am) and was greeted by a very happy and welcoming host. The room was very clean, big and delicate with very comfortable beds! Could see (and smell) the ocean from the balcony.

Only 100m from Mt Levinia beach. Only 20 minutes by car to Colombo city center (e.g. Fort railway station). Modern, large and comfortable rooms with AC, toilette and shower. There is an area with table, fridge and water heater and a sofa which can be used jointly. Very friendly host, breakfast is amazing, if you like also with local stuff.
