“Awful organisation by Ultima Apartments or Hotham Accommodation”
We were not given the correct apartment. We booked for 4 adults and when we arrived we were disappointed to find only one double bed. We had to call and wait a significant amount of time for extra towels (as we were only given 2) and additional linen for the pull out couch it luckily had (which we had to make ourselves!). Our 2 night stay turned into one uncomfortable and awful night in a room only designed for 2 adults. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!

“Unacceptable”
Couldn’t tell you as we were never sent the code for the door. Were left out in the snow in -7 degrees with no where to go. Only to be told we could no longer stay. And we are still waiting for the refund

Great location - walking distance to the slopes or you can walk back 50m to the Arlberg bus stop. The space was perfect for our family of four and the kitchen had everything we required.

“In summer the scenery is breathtaking. The walks are fantastic.”
It was just beautiful, we went in summer and the scenery was breathtaking. Highly recommend going up in summer and doing the walks.

nothing like on this unit doors were broken no lighting sign board when guest arrive in the night no staff to attend promised to send maintenance staff as doors were broken but no one came very disappointed staying
