Customer care was so poor. There was no hot water and no extra bed. The hot water ran out. I can’t recommend this place

Lack of communication from Hotham booking agent regarding how we check in…we had to follow up and it caused us to check in late… The property also had a blocked bathroom Basin which I had to unblock and we asked for the wifi connection password with no response… overall location was great and so was the layout of the property let down by the poor service….

Great location, especially for beginners. Ski to door only Big D lift, short travel by bus to Hotham central .

Great spot close to the general store, which is the only pub shop open in summer. Close to walking tracks 👣 grest views Place had what we need Communication was via text and email

“We have a good time”
I like it's very good location. It's located near big D. It's easy to walk to learn ski lesson for kids and doing skiing, snowboarding here are very convenient.

“Great location”
Great location right on the BigD slopes. Ski in ski out. Luggage service was nice. Luggage were delivered to the bottom of the building.
