Furniture could be updated. Couches were heavily worn. More heating options than an electric heater in main room.

The location is near summit, good for snowboarder and skis. There is close by carpark and few shops.

“Perfect Mt Hotham Accommodation”
The furniture amount was great and the beds were very comfortable. Location was also perfect for snowboarding at Mt Hotham.
