“Great view but way overpriced for such aged furnished apartment!”
Based on advertisement believe the property was a separate apartment but instead it's a complex with multiple apartments joining so feel our privacy is invaded for the price we paid. Very misleading and how it's replicated on the map as individual apartments. After making a booking, call up to see if we could add an additional 3 kids who would be sharing the same beds. The host said not sure as the property is listed for max 15 ppl but will check and get back to me. After 2 days still have not had any call back so I call up to check again. The host said haven't look into it yet, will do and get back but again, they never did. On the day of check-in, the host call and asked if we have booked other accomodation since we said we have 3 extra ppl - wdf! Why ask on the day of check in and not tell you in advance? Lucky we did book other accomodation. Imagine we didn't and was refused entry after travelling 5+ hours to get there, bc they would not allow additional ppl even when we said we would pay extra. What poor customer service! The apartment was to accomodation 15 ppl but only provide 1 small tube of shampoo n conditioner in the bathroom that is fitted for 1 person with no top up. Same with toilet papers. Lucky we bought some additional toilet paper with us. As for the price, it's way overpriced for the old looking apartment and furniture. The dining table wasn't even stable and feel like it was going to fall apart if we put too much pressure on it. The only good thing was the amazing view from the lounge n dining room. The luggage transfer was also good and efficient. Overall, way too overpriced, I don't recommend or any thoughts of coming back to this place if I visit Mt Hotham again.

The view was spectacular and comfortable beds and couches, great drying room, tonnes of room, washing machine and dryer was brilliant and family games available
