“Just not worth staying there”
I got locked in the toilet since the handle fell off and the room was extremely hot and so much fumes from the kitchen was directed upwards to the rooms upstairs where i was located.

The bathroom is leaked with very bad odour, windows had no ventilation (fly screen were very dirty ). We stayed five days, we wet sick from our second day, told the staff members at the reception and two house keepers which seemed to be not reported to management for change of rooms-

“Had some issues how u arrange guest car parks, u can do better for u guests”
Room service quality food was not the best. Order misunderstood delivered wrong or incorrect meal. No ironing board was available in rm, had to request to deliver.

“Excellent option when attending Mt Hagen Festival”
Very good option in Mt.Hagen. Free wifi in the room which was fast; clean; safe; friendly staff. Plus burgers and pizza and excellent BBQ Sunday! Still the best was to see Asaro Mudmen walking around on Saturday!

Nothing, they had overbooked and out of 8 rooms that I had booked and paid for 2 months in advance, they could only supply 5 rooms.
