“Cleanliness was a big issue, would not stay here again.”

Location good, size of kitchen and lounge good, two bathrooms was helpful. Lots of good heating, bathroom heaters meant the bathrooms could be used as drying rooms as well. When we got through to the manager about issues he came within the hour and this was very appreciated (after three days of trying to get action).
