The location,charm,cleanliness,hospitality of a host, well maintained and clean spa and adds on such as personalised breakfast and wine and setting up an extra bed. Lothlorien was memorable. We would love to come back.

The accommodation was way bigger than I expected, so roomy, comfortable, and peaceful. All the facilities were great shower was top notch, and the kitchen was a more than big enough. Ther hot tub was amazing and the master bedroom was huge!

The host provided ingredients for a continental and cooked breakfast - unexpected and totally awesome! The property had a spa, which was not used this time, The host was available on arrival and great with communication. The property was so comfortable, would recommend to anyone wanting a mountain retreat.

Lothlorien is a stunning property and nothing short of magical. Tim and his Mrs (who live next door onsite) met us on arrival and showed us around the house, and they made sure we knew they were available to help with anything we needed whilst still respecting our privacy (though we were travelling with our toddler and baby so I'm sure they heard us!) The barn is well set out, well equipped and very comfortable, with Netflix and Stan on the TVs, books to read, board games and a basket of toys that our daughter enjoyed playing with. The gardens were stunning and breakfast options were more substantial than we expected! Only a couple of minutes drive from town and not long of a drive to walks, waterfalls and crystal clear rivers to swim in.

The converted barn is incredible. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Tim is super helpful and the included breakfast and wine was such a nice touch. The Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend.

Lovely, stylish property; outdoor hot tub; amazing breakfast supplies, fruit and wine included; great host who is there when you need him but not at all intrusive; good location - close enough to drive to the ski fields each day.

Location was good, privacy, parking, silence, all trees around, easy access to the main road, watching stars from the bed, comfortable kitchen and living room.

Wonderful stay for our little family. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The walk through the bird filled gardens was magical, and it's only minutes to the town centre. The host Tim was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home.

Very beautiful! So homely! Tim went out of his way to ensure every little thing was taken care off- bread, eggs, bacon, fruit and even got us a bottle of wine! We had a relaxing stay! Went down for Valentine’s Day. The home was spotless. Tim welcomed us and was so thoughtful got us chocolates for Valentine’s day 🥰

It was a lovely stay here. Very comfortable and lovely surroundings, very close to Mount Beauty township and only a 30-minute drive to Bright. The owners were very accommodating and kind.

So unique and everything was well thought out and supplied to provide comfort and relaxation. Like a story book cabin away from home with an outdoor spa. Everything was very clean too.

Marise and Tim were exceptional hosts with their thoughtful hospitality, allowing our stay to be relaxing. I felt comfortable to approach them if needed, however we didn't need to. The property was clean, quiet and warm. The breakfast was tasty, the spa was divine, the couches and bed were comfortable. We were a short drive from town and the kitchen was well equipped to dine in. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Marsie our host is delightful, she provided us with quality produce in our breakfast basket and fridge. Marsie was always available to assist us with any questions about the area or the facilities. The property is clean and comfy with a cosy feel, beautiful gardens surround the property. The spa was great after a day on the slopes!
