Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful even though they hardly speak any English. The room is OK for a night or two - when asked they exchanged the broken kettle, changed dirty bedlinen, brought a clean towel and toilet paper. It's clean in Indian meaning. It seems they wash the floors in the corridor every couple of hours but it's all in the matter of cleaning.

I didn't opt for breakfast so I cannot comment about that. On the first day of our stay, maybe due to less number of catering staff, our evening tea was served late. Parking space is there, but as the location is congested so you have to be a very good driver to park your car properly. However, the hotel staff will definitely help you. Better to avoid visiting the place on weekend. Count of tourist is very high.

“A good value for money hotel.”
The location was good. They arranged an accommodation for our driver too. Room was comfy. Being on a hill station, they provided hot water for 5 hours in morning which was okay.
