“Slightly older property, has all the basic necessities if you just want a place to crash in abu”
It was comfortable but the building has seen a lot of wear and tear over the years. Towels were provided, hot water in bathrooms all day and all basic comforts were delivered as expected. The bathrooms were neat and kept well maintained. The room was well-lit with A/c and fans.

“Disappointing”
Several points to mention:- 1. Wifi was not working 2. No mobile network at the property 3. Dirty, stinking, blankets, bedsheet, and pillow as well 4. AC stopped working 5. Plug points not working 6. Bad condition of walls 7. No hangers in the room 8. No tissue papers or toiletries 9. No mineral water or kettles 10. No hot water geyser 11. Staff's behaviour was not up to the mark 12. No assistance provided for renting scooters or cabs 13. Insects, flies entered our rooms after sunset. Worst service ever.

AC is not proper working in the room. I had already raised the concern, but there is no action to taken. There is no cupboard in the room for hanging of clothes. I was totally dissatisfied
