“Simply wonderful!”

A truly beautiful property overlooking Mougins, surrounded by parkland. We got a room upgrade into the suite which was amazing. There are only a few rooms and there was no-one else there so we had the place to ourselves. The pool is stunning and we spent a couple of really relaxing peaceful days there. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The host is fantastic. You really need to have to have a car as it is a bit isolated but that was the beauty of it.

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Garden Setting The location was absolutely beautiful—set within a large, tranquil garden in a quiet part of Mougins. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely and kind owner, who generously upgraded us to a stunning, spacious room with a huge bathroom and picturesque views over Mougins old town. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like free coffee and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, including sparkling water. The property also featured a gorgeous swimming pool, perfect for relaxing.

“A hidden gem!”

We had a truly great stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are like a private park (we even saw bunnies!), perfect for peaceful strolls, and there is a huge pool with loungers under the natural shade of trees. The views are absolutely breathtaking, over the valley and the charming Mougins village. On the first level there is a large terrace, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with panoramic views and had a quiet evening with a bottle of wine. The rooms are one floor up and I have to say they are even better than the photos, they’re big and very nice, also with views of the valley or the trees. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Parking was easy and secure, great also for bigger cars, so convenient, especially compared to coastal hotels. It’s also only a 20-minute drive to Cannes on a great road, making it very accessible. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We traveled with our 1-year-old, and they prepared a comfortable crib and he enjoyed exploring the place 😅 Highly recommended. An oasis of calm!

This accommodation is a true paradise. The area is calm, and the house and grounds are in excellent condition and spacious, secured by a surrounding fence. The 25m pool allows for real swimming, and the free tennis court (with equipment available to borrow) ensures you stay fit. The spectacular view of the village of Mougins is splendid both day and night. But most importantly, this place excels thanks to Eliza, the hostess. She is so warm and kind that you feel at home and welcome from day one. Her English is fluent, and her manner is discreet yet always approachable and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The place was perfect, one of the best places we have stayed in our lives. It went above and beyond expectations, and the pictures do not convey even a bit of the feelings and the views in that place. The owner's attitude was great and anything we needed help with was answered positively. The breakfast was excellent, and the highlight was when we understood that this whole paradise was ours, and ours only, for three days. Thanks for a great great stay!

“Outstanding villa and host - tranquil, beautiful, delightful”

Like your dream of the perfect Provençal villa, except it’s real! This is a gem and almost too good to tell others about in case it gets too popular! From the warm welcome by the owner on arrival and every morning to the simple, but perfect breakfast served on the outside terrace facing the hilltop village of Mougins, our days started under blue skies stretching in every direction. We stayed in the suite which has super-Panavision views, including from the bath and the wrap-around terrace. With outstanding air conditioning, we could enjoy heat outside and cool indoors. Then there is the awesome swimming pool - a brilliant blue 35 metres that we regularly had all to ourselves. Loungers under the shade of trees or in the sun are provided with towels for when we dived in to cool off. A boules pitch, table tennis and tennis court offered other distractions, while the huge grounds can be explored at leisure. Mougins (and nearby Sainte-Basile) is a centre of gastronomy, full of restaurants. With a bit of forward planning, you can eat incredibly well - the villa does not offer lunch or dinner. You can also easily explore other local attractions, like the fascinating mediaeval town of Valbonne or the old town and Bonnard museum in Le Cannet. We stayed for a whole week and it barely felt long enough! A special mention to the host whose friendliness, warmth and care give the Domaine a unique feeling like the embrace of an old friend.

We were absolutely amazed by the property. You feel like a king in your own castle. 50.000 m2 well maintained garden with private wood, 25 m pool, tennis courts. Rooms are just stylish amazing. We travel a lot but we never seen such a great quality. Stunning sunset you can watch from Terrasse. We will come definitely again.

“A French gem in the countryside”

This house is a gem, in the countryside, absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every minute we spent there. The host were so nice and welcoming. Rooms are decorated with antiques and really comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, with a nice view of Mougins. Keep in mind you need a car to get there.

Literally everything. This owner was very kind and helpful! The garden which is almost a parc was beautiful and calm. The house and room is extremely clean. The room was very big such as the bathroom! There is enough space to park. However you will probably need a car to get there! The view was great from the room and the terrace where you get breakfast! Breakfast was complete, bread, croissant, pain au chocolat, eggs, cheese, fruits, cereals and dried fruits/nuts, yogurt. You are like 15min away from the center of Cannes by car.. and 5min from a supermarket!
