“An experience that deserves to be repeated.”
100% traditional Italian. I was invited to a family dinner and enjoyed a good meal with an excellent dessert made by a future chef - a dolce invented on the spot. The place where you have the peace you need.

“A unique place”
A great place to slow down, but also a great place to get to know the region. You can feel la dolce vita here, especially at breakfasts! An old Italian house with a lot of history, the animals. We loved it.

A Napolianic era building, still in character and sympathetically restored, homely and romantic. A couple of minutes drive to beautiful Motta di Livenza. 25 mins from the outlett at Noventa del Piave..... highly recommend, breakfast is local.... we had their own fig jam, apricots, bread along with yoghurt, homemade cakes, eggs from their chickens etc. Hot summers here, aircon in rooms

“Our second time here”
The place is stunning, rustic and typically Italian, well kept but in keeping. Nearby is Motta di Livenza which is medieval and the hotel is a few minutes by car. There are restaurants and shops and its a lovely place to walk around at night.

A unique atmosphere combining the charms of rural life and all hotel amenities. It is definitely worth stopping during the trip, here you can breathe fresh and taste local products, and seasonal fruit from trees growing nearby.

“An oustanding historical building, well run and comfortable in an undiscovered part of the Veneto.”
There had been a small mix up on arrival but it was sorted straight away, plus a bottle of prosecco thrown in! They owners were really helpful, the building dates to the 1800's and is outstanding, a simple but ample breakfast including peach juice made from their own peaches was outstanding. They do children's events sometimes and it was lovely to see young people with no phones (banned for their events) enjoying themselves and having a phone detox! We recommend a trip to Oderzo whilst there, also the bridge at Bassano and 20 mins from the Noventa di Piave shopping outlet.
