“If it were not for the difficulties of entering, I would have given an excellent rating,”
Apartment was a good size and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with washing detergent and dishwasher tablets (although no laundry detergent). There were body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms which was handy. Neighbourhood was very quiet but that's what we wanted, beach is very close.

A really good layout to the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Good bathrooms and water pressure. Balcony is a good size and nice views. We were out of season for the pool but it looks amazing.

Superb apartment in a lovely complex with a huge private terrace. We have been before to Motril so we love the area as it is unspoilt.

“Lovely apartment.unclear that no pool open until mid June..”
We stayed in Playa Granada Apartamentos Moriscos ll for 9 days from 26 of may until 5th June. Although it is a beautiful well equipped apartment, we felt that it was not clear that there was no swimming pool available. On the contrary, the pool photograph was prominently displayed on the website and the date of pool closure was listed as from November 2024 until the 30th May 2025. However the pool remained out of order when we left on the 5th of June. When this was pointed out to the property owner he directed us to a conflicting timetable for the pool which was in Spanish only , also on the booking.com website . It was most disappointing to realise there was no swimming pool for the duration of our stay and I would ask that this is made clearer in your description of the property.

“Decently sized apartment with a nice terrace”
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience overall. The apartment was nice and the view is amazing. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the terrace is very large. There are two bedrooms: one with two small twin beds and one with a double. We had several issues with arrival and the actual apartment, but I do have to disclose that we were eventually helped by the property manager when we had to move to another property.

Our stay at Playa Granada Apartamentos Moriscos 11 was fantastic . Apartment was brand new , state of the art . Very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms . So clean , very peaceful , super location . Close to the beach , golf course , several bars and coffee shops . Only a few kilometres from Salobrena town and Motril .

“Best rental experience of my life”
This is honestly one of the best renting experiences I have had in 10 years of traveling. Everything is perfect inside the apartment; it has everything you need for staying for several months, and the host was so helpful. I genuinely don't remember when the host was doing so much for us. The apartment is large and beautiful with amazing views you can enjoy while drinking morning coffee on an enormous balcony. Parking is very nice too and it's very wide especially by Spanish standards so you can easily accommodate a large car. We will definitely be back here next year!

Good views and comfortable apartment. There was an issue on arrival but dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. We were made a good offer to make up for it (an additional night if we wished). It was a lovely break. You do need a car if staying here.....
