Apartment was very new, clean and had good layout to have some privacy. Nice view to the pool with a terace that is in the shade whole day. Easy access to parking garage, parking lot 5 meters from the door and 10 meters from elevator to D building. Waste disposal is on the other side of the street. Small shop is just 100m away.

One of the nicest and most homely places we have stayed in with our family. It was very pleasant to relax here as a family – there was plenty of space and everything felt safe and comfortable. The host was very kind and provided clear and helpful instructions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We especially liked the parking system – it was very well organized and convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and cozy. The large balcony was a real highlight – it was lovely to relax there, enjoy the sun, and have a morning coffee. A complete pleasure. Everything we needed was available. The courtyard and the town were also beautiful. We would definitely love to come back here again in the future.

“Aguacate beach”
The grounds of the complex were lovely, best we've ever stayed in (in any country). Nice family vibes, no loud music, children were well behaved and adults were respectful. Easy, flat walk to very clean (pebbly) beach - bring beach shoes! Shop adjacent to the complex, clean, reasonably priced and well stocked. Ice cream parlour and restaurants within 10 minutes walk (by beach). Shutters were very good for blocking out light; soundproofing was effective.

Everything! We absolutely loved our stay here - the appartment is well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The pool(s) were great and the small grocery store next door is very handy.

“Amazing stay at a great location”
Amazing spacious and clean apartment with lots of amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen. The building complex itself is perfectly located, well maintained, and with three luxurious pools. As a guest, you can use the underground parking with a dedicated bay for your vehicle.

“GORGEOUS”
A superb accommodation, very clean, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and a huge terrace full of vegetation. The accommodation also has 3 swimming pools, and the complex has private parking. The apartment was equipped with everything you need: microwave oven, coffee maker, I even had a lot of spices, if you want to cook. We felt great and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything. Note 10 plus.
