House is on excellent location, no neighbours around. Great view of town Motovun. Sauna, jacuzzi and big pool available. Big terrace. Everything clean and modern. Each room has its own bathroom.

“A villa with a lovely view”
It’s a beautifully designed villa with an infinity pool and a view towards the Motovun village. It has 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom and all with the same view towards Motovun. It has a huge livingroom/ dining room area where you can hang out.

Location is great with splendid surroundings. All the amenities are just about right. The best pool we ever had. Perfect view, long enough even for swimming.

Villa terra is the perfect place to relax. A beautiful house, breathtaking location and a great, cozy atmosphere. The owners are very pleasant, kind and accommodating. We will be back next year, it was amazing.

This villa is simply spectacular. The most incredible villa we have ever stayed in. The views from every window are stunning, the outside area is gorgeous and the pool a great size. Indoors the rooms are all facing the views, the kitchen is really well equipped, great TV area PLUS sauna & hot tub

“Ideal Istria getaway”
The entire Villa is extremely comfy and the hosts were very friendly and inviting. The location is awesome with plenty of restaurants within reasonable driving distance. Nothing beats drinking morning coffee by the pool with such an amazing view. We had an amazing time and will definitely return.
