“Hidden Modern Gem for Families (Slightly Challenging to Find, But Totally Worth It!)”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Quieto! The hosts, Nina and Vanja, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail from start to finish. The villa itself is perfectly renovated, offering a beautifully modern, clean, and comfortable interior. It is an exceptionally child-friendly environment. Our kids had an amazing time enjoying the trampoline, swings, and the stairs inside the house. Having access to bicycles and a PlayStation was a huge bonus that kept them thoroughly entertained. It truly felt like a perfect family retreat.

The house is in a laid-back setting in the greens. Spacious and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a/c on each floor. Also great views to Motovun hill from top floors. 5 mins drive to main road leading to Motovun / Mirna river.

“Relaxing!”

This property was so clean, which was such a relief! Plenty of room for a family to spread out. The air conditioning worked perfectly too-we were kept nice and cool. It was a nice, quiet, peaceful location. The host was always quick to respond and so kind! The location is a bite remote-you will need to rent a car to stay here-so glad we did! If I were to come back for the Truffle Festival I would have no hesitation to stay here!

This was one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed! Everything was just amazing. The location was so peaceful and the nature filled up my soul, and yet it was wonderfully central. We used it as a base to explore the whole of Istria. The place is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. We loved that we had the whole house to ourselves. It was so much bigger than we were expecting, especially the kitchen-dining area downstairs. We spent many hours in the garden in the shade of the huge oak tree, watching our little boy play on the grass while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The hosts were so generous - they provided some groceries for our use that were so much more thoughtful than "basic" groceries. We happily made use of the grill, and having aircon on each floor was wonderful. Everything was just the best! Highly highly recommend! We'll be coming back each time we visit Istria
