“Amazing place at a wonderful location.”
The casa is beautiful, well equipped with everything you might need and the view from the terrace makes it complete. Staff was there to help us park our car and also to come and open the door when we wanted to leave and realized we left stuff inside after locking the door.

Casa Histria is probably the most beautiful location I‘ve stayed at so far. Stylish, terrace with stunning view, house beautifully renovated, fully eqipped with everything you can dream of. The host is super nice and helpful, communication worked great. Also the staff who welcomed us was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy and fast. We had a wonderful time at Casa Histria and hopefully will be able to come back soon!

The house amenities were top notch. Location could not have been better, it is centrally located in the Istrian peninsula. Minutes from the mountains and minutes from the sea. We visited the Istrian coast each day going to Novi Grad, Poreč, Rovinj and Pula. Also visited family in the Cicarija mountains. My family enjoyed the vista from our courtyard each evening enjoying the sunsets over the Istrian mountains. It was also nice coming home from a long day sightseeing and having a jacuzzi tube to soak the aches away. I highly recommend the property for all the reasons mentioned here.

Casa Histria is situated in the heart of the old city Motovun. Although, during the day crowded with visitors, the house is a secret and serene place fully equipped for modern living and urban families. Motovun is the best-preserved medieval fortress on the Istrian peninsula. Its name comes from Celtic origin, and it derives from the word Montona, which means city in the mountains. Town situated in a fort 270 m above sea level, on the hill, dominating the wonderful Mirna river valley.

The superb location, you are in the centre of Motovun with breathtaking views over the valley and beyond. The terrace is a great space, we enjoyed BBQs and then the hot tub! the house is really well equipped and furnished to a high standard whilst being really comfortable.
