The room is very spacious with a pleasant sea view (although there is also construction site visible at the moment). It includes one separate bedroom (without a window, but with good ventilation) and a second bedroom located in the main living area together with the lounge and kitchen space. We stayed without a car, and the location was still very convenient. There is a Family Mart right in the same building, and a bus stop just nearby. A good supermarket in Motobu (a couple of stops closer to the city center) is also easy to reach. There are several cafes within walking distance as well. It is also possible to walk to the Ocean Expo Park and Emerald Beach (around 40 minutes at a relaxed pace), or take a taxi via (DiDi or GO) since we were travelling as family of 4, it was sometimes even cheaper than taking the bus for short distances. But anyway to tell the truth I think this location is not worth to visit without car rental. It is really tough to get anywhere beside mentioned above locations.

Easy online check-in at the reception. Clear efficient communications from the host. Fabulous balcony and views. Bathroom and ensuite facilities were excellent. Extremely clean and modern. Great location for shops, restaurants, and long garden walks in the Ocean Expo (you can walk to the aquarium as well).

I would give this hotel apartment straight 10, only if they had physical reception. Check in was really time consuming, because I had 6 rooms to check in. Breakfast we had at nearby hotel. But apartments are huge, with great views and walking proximity to the Churaumi aquarium and emerald beach. Spotlessly clean and had everything you need

The convenience of a family mart right below the apartment. Available big parking space. Unmanned check in and out which is hassle free. Short drive to the aquarium, emerald beach and nearby to nice restaurants. Apartment is clean and love the 2 bathrooms and amenties provided with the washer/dryer.

Everything from the location allowing you to walk many places within 5-15min (visiting nearby Emerald Beach, Ocean Expo Park & the Churaumi Aquarium can easily be a 2-day activity if you take it all in; access to great local restaurants - check out Rico Rico and ask the owners to play live!) to the hotel itself is top notch. The view from the hotel room, amenities provided, 4 Western beds, Tatami mat area for futons, nice big couch, a full Japanese style bath, a separate shower, and 2 toilets truly make this a full-condo experience. That's not even including the balcony, seating arrangements, and table setting that makes an early morning & late night sit outside in the fresh Ocean air nice.

It’s clean and spacious. We could enjoy sunset in the balcony. Check-in’s easy using the tablet. Staff is very responsive and helpful too.

Very spacious, clean, great facilities within, great view of sunset. Without a car, we managed to visit Churaumi aquarium, Mt Yaedake and Nakijin Castle Ruins just using public buses from the apartment. There are restaurants nearby and a family mart on the ground floor to go to for dinner. We had a good stay here.
