Everything was perfect, we felt fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the staff does their job perfectly. They respond immediately to any request, problems are solved immediately. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this retreat and felt welcomed from the very first moment. Everything was well organized, the atmosphere was calm, warm, and exactly what you hope for when you arrive to relax. A special compliment goes to Glory and her entire team. She is doing an excellent job as a manager — and it shows. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Honestly, I tried very hard to find something to complain about… but failed completely 😄 I truly felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. You can feel that guests are treated with care, heart, and real attention here. I would happily return and can highly recommend this place.

This was one of the best properties I ever stayed at. Located a bit away from the centre, nested in a tranquil area, the hotel is lush and very comfortable with a lovely pool and immersed in the greenery. What made my stay even more special was the staff (special shoutout to Manny, Anna and Elia) who always knew you on a first name basis making you feel at home and always looking for ways to help you and make your stay more comfortable. I recommend without hesitation and look forward to staying there again someday.

Hello Folks , Incredible stay at this lovely retreat Feb 4 to Feb 6th 2025 !! Even though this retreat was highly rated it exceeded my expectations in regards to the existing review ratings !! It has beautiful accommodations with a Spa like feel, high quality rooms and bedding, with exceptional design. The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful landscape vegetation and flowers everywhere, outdoor pool with swim up cocktail bar, fire pit area, nicely appointed lounging areas, and comfortable outdoor dining areas. The Breakfast and food is delicious and the whole retreat is sparkling clean ! The quality of service is well above average from this retreat, with outstanding Management ( Manny and staff ) they were attentive, polite, and super helpful in all aspects of their service, these folks go above and beyond to serve you ! My wife and I are fairly well travelled ..Canada, US, New Zealand, Australia, South America, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican, Ukraine, Thailand, Dubai, Africa .. “Oasis in the Kili area”

We did choose Tulivu relying a lot on the positive reviews from other travellers and they all have been very right. Tulivu is an oasis in the hustle of Moshi and Kilimanjaro area. It is a perfect platform for departures to hiking, tours and trips You might wish to have while staying there. Manny gave us many good recommendations and also organized everything we needed. The staff at the site is very kind and service minded, The facilities are great - you can swim in a big pool, enjoy cold beer or relax in the green lush garden. And bunnies in the garden were sweet. There are special spots marked in the garden with the best views on Kili, very thoughtful. Room with the pool view is recommended - as You can actually not just look at this, but also take a small dip in front of Your door.

“Very quiet place”

Our room was very beautiful, big and nicely decorated. The shower was very big, with hot water and good water pressure. On the contrary, the WC was quite small and not really comfortable. The work done by the gardener is incredible and wonderful, all the area looks like a tropical botanical garden with several kind of flowers and trees. The premises are quiet as the hotel is located in the outskirts of the town but not far from it. Friendly staff.

“Amazing Experience”

We arrived very late at the hotel, due to last minute flight changes. We where met with the most incredible friendly staff, that immediately got us fresh juice and took care of all our concerns. The place was beautiful, the food was great but the best part was definitely the the incredible staff, with their kind and caring attitudes.
