She and her team made the stay a perfect start for our our holiday in Tansania, the food is exceptionally good and Lilian and her team will make everything possible that you need or wish for. Value for money is very good. We can recommend to stay at at the Kilimanjaro Villa.

We were so happy when we arrived at the property! It has a beautiful boutique vibe right from the entrance with a stunning pool! The staff who greeted us were so nice and helpful! We were very impressed they could charge much more than they do! Great value stay ! The breakfast in the morning was such a highlight and was the best breakfast of our whole trip! Stunning scenery, service, and food!

“Worst experience ever. Dishonest and shady”

I wouldn’t know where to start. They procure only the keys of the bedroom therefore you want to go out to get in again you need to scream outside the main gate so that a lovely young guy comes running to open it. Once you are in the main gate, you need to hope that they didn’t close the house door (if you go out for dinner it will mode like my be the case) and start knocking and calling hoping that someone will wake up and open the door. If you want to shower you need to ask permission and they need to grant it and increse the water pressure (otherwise you don’t have enough water to shower) The owner at least the way she introduced her (a shady person) she defines herself as mysterious therefore we don’t even know the name. They said we would have had WiFi, but there wasn’t. In order to compensate they proposed to offer us dinner pasta with lobster for the price of 10$. It seemed low for lobster so we asked if it was 10$ per person or total and she said total of course. The dinner was served and there were 50 grams of pasta and the smallest lobster we ever seen it must have been 200 grams including the shell. The waitress came to ask if we wanted more pasta and we said yes. She came right back and said, no sorry we cannot bring because the owner wants to eat it later…. 😂 ok. They accept only cash payments. We don’t go around with a lot of cash and especially dollars as we are Europeans. Bank transfer is not possible, only cash. Only dollars. If you want to pay in local currency you need to agree to a shitty rate decided by the mysterious woman and not the actual exchange rate… ridiculous . The cherry is the checkout, we forgot a Kindle in the bed. We took the taxi to go to the city center and realised it was missing. We start calling asking if it was there but no answers. We go back, the bedroom was exactly as we left it and the kindle wasn’t there. We ask the employees but nothing.

The breakfast and it's presentation was really good, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The interior was very cute and everything was very cozy. the bathrooms were a good size too.

Nice villa in quiet part of Moshi with large garden with a fence for privacy. Ideal for introverts who don't want to be bothered by the surroundings. Switching on and off the hot water pressure for the shower can be understood by its saving - no problem for us, the ladies turn on the pump system. I see a small lack in the constant presence of the staff. The gardener cleans the pool and garden from leaves in the morning and afternoon, otherwise you can't here, but why do the two staff girls have to be constantly in the presence of the guests, about 10m away? They sit on the stairs or on the chairs and talk to each other,  or look at their mobile phones. For my introvert friend's, it was very big problem and he was ashamed to even take off his shirt by the pool, let alone change into a swimsuit and go swimming. Breakfast until 11 am was ideal in terms of time, but for 3 whole days they were not consulted about what anyone wanted!  For example, I drink coffee about 2 times a year, only espresso, otherwise nothing at all, and only that was served and only in a teapot, my friend doesn't eat eggs 3 times in a row. I understand that it's not worth cooking for 2 people in a villa. But the fruit on the 2nd day was clearly yesterday's, the banana was brownish and from the fridge, 3rd day was fresh. When I asked if we could order dinner offered in the villa (the afternoon of the previous day for the next evening), I made a request as if I were bothering both ladies and one of them assured me to my face that I didn't actually want it. It's not a problem to take a tuk-tuk to the city to eat anything from Korean to Indian or local cuisine for 20,000 Tzs. But why is it on offer for 12 USD? This was also one of the reasons for leaving the accommodation 2 days early.  The overall attitude of the girls is cold and aloof, in the entire 20 days here around Arusha and Moshi we did not feel welcome here.

The Villa is pleasant and has a really nice outside deck area for eating/lounging. We had a connecting room which was useful with a small child. Breakfast was great!

The hostess was very kind and did her best to accommodate us, she washed our clothes and made us very good breakfast.

Clean and friendly staff

We were delayed at the Loitoktok border for 8 hours and only arrived here at 10 pm after realizing that making it to Arusha wouldn’t be feasible. Neema and Naomi were fantastic, preparing dinner for us despite the late hour and managing meal planning and coordination to ensure we could depart early the next morning.

Great interrior design

Killi Luxury Villa is a beautiful place with a big outdoor space. The staff is adorable and will assist you with anything you need and the breakfast they serve is delicious and varied. We had a great stay here and will be happy to come back! 😊

The villa is imcredibly beautiful decorated. The location is in a more quiet place although not too far from the center. The staff was really really nice and friendly. It was the most beautiful accomodation I have ever been. Also the breakfast was a big joy.
