The rooms were comfortable, and well ventilated. The staff were very helpful and accomodative.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable and excellent birds of kilmilmanjaro. Best to take cash, as card machine does not always work.

Aladaru is very nice. He permitted me stay until 14:00 pm. And he is very helpful with a lot of suggestions.

The location, staff, property and the room were all great. The spectacular views of the Mount Kilimanjaro from the terrace are stunning and appealing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and even went to the shop to buy a few essentials for me that I had forgotten.

We really enjoyed staying there. A view of Kilimanjaro was just like in the picture, dinners were great, staff was friendly. Only the mosquito net was missing but still we for sure would go back.

“Friendly staff at kwh”

The staff were amazing! Gerard in the restaurant made our stay. He was so kind and helpful and super nice to our 12 year old. Alagaroo, at front desk was super helpful and nice as well. This is a great place to stay before or after safari or hiking.

The hotel is very secure as an enclosed compound with 24 hour security and has beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and there is a lovely roof area. The staff and Reception are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are nice. The restaurant takes a bit of time until you get your food, but the wait is worth it. The food is fresh and delicious and good proportions and the Restaurant staff are so nice and friendly and helpful, especially Freeman

The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful.

The workers were very nice and helpful. We saw monkeys in the morning. If you ask for room 207 you get a beautiful view of the Mount Kilimanjaro.

It was a really good hotel. It was a long way from the Mt Kilo National Park and it was the park and climb to 1sr hut that brought me to the area. Also no shops close by.

The location was 15 minutes tuk tuk ride from the town along an off road track with no lighting. Room only had cold water, dirty bathroom.
