Magical place. Where you are enveloped in warmth, care, love. It's nice to be in such an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Very clean, a lot of greenery! And what wonderful staff! Walter, who organized all my trips to the magical places of Kilimanjaro with trepidation and care. Mwajuma, a good girl, was with me on all my trips, protecting me like an angel! Nicholaus is my wonderful driver who was with me throughout the entire holiday. Very attentive, friendly. And please note that the car is very clean! The air conditioning is working, music is playing. Very nice! It was a very wonderful trip, the hotel team works specifically for the client! It's very nice and you really feel at home! I am very grateful to you and your work! These most wonderful 7 days will forever be in my heart! Prosperity to you! Hugs to everyone!

“Home from Home - lovely.”

The Manager, Mr Walter took great pride in looking after his hotel guests, as did his staff. Communication was excellent all the way through. The hotel is small and felt serene with much effort put into the ambience of the place. It had a nice bar, separate restaurant and green and landscaped areas. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both freshly cooked to order. Some may find the menu limited, but for a 3 night stay it was fine for us. If you want a home from home to stay for a few days, this is the place for you.

Walter has been an amazing host. Helping us in arranging activities and day trips, as well as giving us a walking tour through Moshi and arranging bus tickets for our next destination. Very helpful and kind staff. It was a pleasure staying at Neneu Hotel. The food was great and freshly prepared for every meal. The hotel is calm and peaceful surrounded my green and nature.

Much-needed rest after 10,000 km on Africa’s dustiest roads. From the very first moment, the team at Neneu Lodge was incredibly helpful. My initial room was a bit noisy, but they changed it immediately and without hesitation. Breakfast was delicious and generous — don’t miss the amazing spiced tea. Dinner was fantastic as well, and if you feel like exploring, there are local restaurants and fruit shops within walking distance. Special thanks to Winni, who was simply excellent, and to Mr. Walter, who truly masters the art of hospitality. A great experience overall — highly recommended.

“Great one night stay after Kilimanjaro hike”

Decent room size, in leafy tranquil surroundings, helpful staff (Walter) that went out of their way to show us around Moshi markets in a Bajaj (Tuktuk). Good breakfast with fruits, omlette, and chapati. Water pressure is better when the pump is turned on. Not walking distance to Moshi town but Walter called us a Bajaj whenever you need to go.

I loved all the services for seven days I spent here. I have never been to Tanzania before, I had a wonderful experience. Without exaggeration, it is like having a family in Moshi, where you feel safe, treated very well, meticulously clean and quiet room, and many more. The hotel manager, Mr Walter, is very helpful and caring man, he's like big brother making sure everything you need is addressed. On my arrival, he brought a cool nice juice, saying karibu i.e. welcome. I needed to go to barber early next morning before going to business meeting, he took me by hotel transport to the barber and waited for me there, then get to the work place with me. After I finished my work day, I wanted transport back to the hotel and arranged that also. Wanted to buy something in town, he went with me showed me around and then back to hotel. They have great range of delicious food, I loved French fries, so many fruits , ugali, etc. All great service for me through out the week. Overall I recommend Neneu for anyone travelling to Moshi for short or long trips. You will never regret staying here, when you meet Walter, just ask for anything you wanted!!!

Prior to arrival Walter the host was very accommodating and gave me lots of information on the room, hotel and location. Walter is here throughout the day and night with advice and help. On arrival Walter was here to welcome me with a cold drink and a briefing on the hotel. The room is excellent. Breakfast and evening meal are very good and rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. An A/C, WiFi, hot water and shower. En-suite. The hotel itself is an oasis. You come off the main road onto a mud track but once through the hotel gates the hotel is fantastic. On arrival Walter will help with anything. He took me shopping and showed me the main attractions of Moshi. This service was fantastic for Africa.

We had a great time. We love the breakfast. I need to say we will book it again. So we will continue our travel trough Tanzania.
