“beautiful spot but service is poor”
the setting is beautiful, the food was very good and our kids enjoyed the pool and kids room. The lifeguard was great with our kids. The hotel has a nice ambiance.

Need more American stuff for breakfast like pancakes, French toast and such. It was hard for my son to find something he liked. Loved the property layout, our delux chalet was awesome. And finally, the Service was exceptional. Mahmoud in the reception was great. All staff at breakfast were outstanding.

“Beautiful views and hotel, very lovely stay”
Breakfast was great and dinners were pretty good - sometimes the food was over cooked. The hotel is very scenic. You have to drive to swim in the lake spot took some coordination to remember to bring towels (there are no chairs on the beach).

“We look forward to our next stay, just not in summer.”
To be honest, we did not go to breakfast. We thought we would be able to have room service but that was not an option. We went to the grocery store nearby and bought items for our breakfast on the front porch of the cabin. Very nice!

“Wonderful time”
Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner Friday night! Everyone was very accommodating for gluten-free, bringing me gluten-free bread every morning for breakfast. The rooms were awesome, beautiful view of the water, it was true luxury. Our room had a private sauna and porch with a little yard. We even took a beautiful hike around the building. Towels were soft and fluffy

“Great views and chalet”
The location is superb overlooking the kinerret. We we took a chalet with a private sauna and Jacuzzi was clean and really nice with a little deck and garden.
