“Stay was cancelled by management because my id showed a local address.. They lost my business”
I was upset to find out AFTER I BOOKED the room and my card was charged that my room was cancelled by management because my id is a local address. Apparently they have a policy not to rent to locals- THAT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS IF YOU ASK ME..I DON'T think it should matter where I live as long as I have the money to pay for the room and incidentals-who cares where I live.. They are turning away good customers:(

The sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
