Beautiful location, beautiful hosts. Only minus that I have is, pool, it was extremely cold and we couldn’t swim in it.

The breakfast was a full buffet with fruit and juice available all day. The setting was beautiful and an easy 5 minute stroll to town through interesting gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to find a private spot to relax and/or swim.

Magical old world Europe feel property; a true gem! Staying here feels like stepping into the charm of bygone era. Similar in feel to San Remo. The villa has a magical, timeless atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Sabrina and her team are incredibly warm-hearted so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The only note is that parking can be a bit tricky in the summer months. I recommend parking opposite the Škola (school); from there, the path to the villa descends just to the right of the metal fence across the street of the school. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authenticity, warmth, and beauty. We will return. Thank you Sabrina. ♥️🤗

“Very beautiful and charming location, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful time! The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We sincerely recommend this place to everyone!

Good breakfasts, caring and welcoming staff, iced water, coffee, fruit was available throughout the day, lots of secluded places to sunbathe, beautiful views.

“hidden away jewel”

hidden away from the street and only accesible by boat or walk through a park, this place is a real jewel. we throrouly enjoyed swiming in the sea at the property, the various verandas for relaxing amidst trees and stones, the tasty dinner prepared and served by the host on the most pretty balcony after sunset under the stars. the breakfast is amazing with locally prepared specialities again on this beautiful balcony surrounded by trees. What a treat.

On the cliff with water access. Great place to lie in the sun and do nothing. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely.

The location is stunning!

A little paradise!! We loved everything, the stuff is lovely, the resort is isolated quit, privat beach just for you but with a 5min walk trough the Forrest you reach the village. Super dogfriendly, our dog went alone in the morning to swim he loved it so much. We just left and can’t wait to be back

When booking it was written that there was air conditioning in the room. In the end it was not. There was a small fan. Which was of no use. Finding the "Villa" is problematic. You need to go through the forest, there are no signs. We searched for the apartment for an hour.

Sabrina welcomed us very warmly and offered us drinks, very nice woman as well as her staff. Villa biser is a beautiful hidden property with beautiful gardens and plants. This place is wonderful we were very impressed. Room very clean with air conditioning. Breakfast with a large choice and very tasty. Amazingl View

Breakfast - banging Location - banging Swimming in the sea immediately after breakfast. So good. The hosts are wonderful, the sea is sparkling, the local restaurants are excellent. Can't go wrong here.

“Best place we stayed in!”

This place is amazing! My girlfriend and I stayed here with our baby. We loved the people, the place and the surroundings. We booked two nights but ended up staying seven. The breakfast is amazing, there's great snorkeling right at your doorstep, crystal clear water, affordable and nice diving right next door, great views and you can even spot dolphins from your balcony. The garden around the Vila is so nice you might not even want to leave to explore further. There are a lot of cosy places in and out of the shade with sunbeds. During the day there where fruit, nice snacks and coffee to take. We also had several very tasty dinners here. Sabrina was an amazing host. The place felt like home and we didn't want to leave. We would definitely recommend this place!
