Visually the hotel looks lovely on the outside and inside. Each and every member of staff welcome you with a smile and make you feel like royalty. Even at dinner they will adapt the menu for you if you do not like something particular and give them prior notice.

A very comfortable hotel in an ideal location. A delicious selection at breakfast and very helpful staff. The addition of a room to store a bike was also very useful.

Wow! I booked a last minute ski trip and was due to arrive late night, so the staff called me and arranged two delicious cold plates for our room instead. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is beautiful, spacious authentic rooms, lounge and dining areas, centrally located, with a few minutes walk to the Super Morzine lift. Now the food…OMG..Amazing gastro experience! I knew nothing about this Hotel beforehand, I literally booked it on the plane as I was flying out, so expected to pay a bit more….the reality was….it was worth every single penny..it’s an absolute gem and I’m making plans to go back. Thank you to all the staff ✌️🙌
