In one word, great. The apartment is spacious, clean, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is clean. There is a terrace on the roof where you can eat or just relax. Cleaning and changing towels were done every 3 days. The owner personally welcomed us, handed over the keys and showed us around the house. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the ocean, about 7 minutes from Spar. We were very satisfied.

“Neighbourhood apartment with glorious roof terrace”

I’ve stayed here numerous times and always enjoy the experience of living in an authentic Spanish/North African neighbourhood with the sounds of the street drifting in through the balcony door. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, but well away from the big hotels of Jandía Playa. So you’re staying in a real part of town with real people going about their daily lives around you - and that is the root of its charm. The apartment is well equipped, and the view from the recently refurbished roof terrace is spectacular - the sea one way, the mountains the other. It’s a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning, or a beer as the sun goes down. A real home from home.

“Excellent staying”

Our stay has been more than perfect, the flat is really comfortable with all necessary and exactly in the 'pueblo' close by the parking, restaurants, bars, markets and beach. SUPER clean (the top of all apartments visited in our trips) and at mid week the housekeeper refreshed the overall cleaning, changing towels, adding wc paper.... really the top!!! The host Juan Manuel is kind and available for whatever request and at our arrival he left chocolate, water and a bottle of 'cava' as welcome gifts.. Moreover we really appreciated late check out as our flight was in the evening. As there will be surely a fifth time in Morro Jable (we love this place), we will book here again. Highly recommended!

Been here many times - it’s always lovely. A clean, well-equipped apartment just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, on a quiet pedestrianised street away from the tourist hotels. A small private balcony and a big shared roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Very friendly owner. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is great - in the centre of the old town, close to the facilities and a large supermarket. it’s our second stay at this property and it suits us down to the ground! Great to have a washing machine. There is a sun terrace on the top floor with a brilliant view of the town and the sea. Last time we stayed it had a great barbecue on the terrace, but sadly they seem to have removed it 🌇

Location set back from main tourist seafront and in the quiet pedestrian street with small spanish shops. We liked seeing the local traders and residents but it was just a short walk to the seafront and beach. Well fitted out and very clean with rooftop seating and subbed area.
