The apartment is amazing as well as the owner! David is very helpful and kind, trying to do everything to make us happy. The apartment is perfectly clean, well furnished, the beds are comfortable. The terrace is amazing! 3 large sofas, tables, an umbrella, candles make it a perfect place to stay during the day as well as during the evening. It is best in the whole building! We checked from the ninth floor:) The location is perfect- 30 m from the supermarket, all the restaurants and shops are just downstairs but at night it’s very quiet. Finding a parking spot nearby is not a problem. 3 min from one of the most beautiful beaches in Fuerteventura. We can’t wait to come back to David’s little paradise soon🤗

Beautiful apartment with stunning ocean views. The location is simply excellent: shops, restaurants and cafes are located directly below the apartments. The beach deserves the best ratings. You don't even have to fly to the Caribbean to see such beauty. The owner David is very responsive. the apartments have everything you need. The photos are true to reality. Very clean and cozy. We have stayed in a number of apartments in the Palm Garden complex and this was our best experience. The balcony furniture was a bonus.

“Wonderful Stay”

From the moment of booking David was such an excellent host full of helpful information and he gave lots of dining recommendations which turned out to be excellent he quick to answer any query I had. The property itself was so lovely to stay in and perfectly situated for the beach and the old town. It's a short few minutes stroll across to the beach and a leisurely 20 min stroll along a purpose built walkway overlooking the beach into the town of Morro Jable full of beautiful restaurants and shops. The Appartment is very well equipped with everything you need from a kettle to a hairdryer everything is very thoughtfully provided. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and with a fully furnished terrace which overlooks the beach - lovely to sit out on after dinner with a glass of wine. Air conditioning makes it so comfortable when temperatures rise. There is a lovely pool with friendly staff in the complex. There is a mini market with everything you might need just downstairs though David provides all the basics such as soap, dushwashing liquid etc which was a lovely touch. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes very close by. The Appartment was cleaned to a very high standard and was spotless when we arrived in fact the complex itself is also very clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation recommending this beautiful Appartment!

Very good location: from the balcony, you could see family members on the beach. Every morning it was convenient to run out for a run right on the seashore, bypassing the streets with cars and people. Very short walk and quick access to everything you need (municipal parking, shops, restaurants, bus stops). Everything you need is here in this apartment. When I booked in January there was no internet and I was having problems with my wife, but by the time we arrived David had already done everything and we had very good internet and Smart TV. David is very polite and caring, does everything right and responds to requests: I asked him for 2 hours late check-out and he let me stay longer for 2 DAYS, because I arrived 3 days later after my father's funeral (it was impossible to use with my flight but I was really touched by his offer).
