Location was very good. Across the road to a beautiful long sandy beach. Plenty of shops on the doorstep.

Location is amazing, 5 minutes walking to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy. Staff was very helpfull. it was our second time at the hotel and would go back.

Great location, good personal, food very delicious, time to time repeat but it’s ok. Mashed potato was unbelievable tasty 🤤 Very clean in room, cleaning every day, in general hotel not luxury and super new but very nice. It was always very nice smell in the hall, reception area. For our family everything was very satisfying. We got a rent car, nearby was a parking. Very handy. But we were in December and always had an empty place for car. Thank you for good holidays 👍

Perfect compromise between a hotel room and a self catering studio. Have advantage and choice of both really. Staff super helpful. Location exceptional, just have to cross the road and you’re a the beach and local seafront restaurants. Can be picked up at hotel by local dolphin watch tours. Swimming pool so friendly and 2 nights a week live music around the pool. I loved my stay so much!! I would recommend it over the big hotels next to it!

Convenient position, close to the beaches and the town, lots of parking space around, quiet at night. Good range of options for breakfast. If nothing else is available, ok, otherwise there are way better options with more value for money...

Value for money, fresh food, and stunning location. I cannot complain as the standard is value to money, the hotel could be refurbished but then would have been more expensive. So for those who are looking for a budget holiday and who likes to spend time at the beach , then it's enough. Hotel is located just a minute walk to Morro Jable beautiful beach ( with a paid beach bar, toilets, showers , sunbeds, etc. shop.nearby) Hotel It's quiet and smaller then other resorts, so food choice is not as big but it's fresh and good enough. If you are looking for some entertainment or more facilities maybe it won't be enough for you. We have to use public parking because hotel doesn't have one I used this hotel a couple of times, as it meets my requirements ( I just need spmewhere to sleep, eat, and beach location at low cost) all three boxes ticked 👌

The staff was very well informed and provide and excellent customer service. The proximity to the beach is the main feature of the place. Rooms not to the street are good for sleep. Pool is a plus.

“Awful hotel - Refund our money!!”

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We booked a last minute 9 night stay but checked-out less than 24 hours of arrival. We arrived to a stuffy sweaty room. It had no kettle and no fan, even though there isn’t air con there was no fan. You have to pay a daily hire fee for these essential items. We booked a FAMILY ROOM with a balcony - we have a one year old baby so we needed a balcony for security for him when the door was open. We did not get a balcony and instead an open first floor terrace. We couldn’t open the door to let air inside as our baby kept running out onto the terrace where he could have fallen down the nearby steps. We hired a fan but this did not provide any air flow in the room whatsoever. It was a complete sweat box, we couldn’t breathe. The night time was particularly bad, our baby was far too overheated and we kept having to soak a towel in cold water to cool him down. To make matters even worse, there was a very loud generator right outside our bedroom window that kept our baby and us awake throughout the night. They didn’t even provide a mattress with the travel cot so our baby ended up sleeping in bed with us. The cutlery draw was at low level, almost floor level. Our baby kept opening the draw where he had access to forks and KNIVES. We had to empty the draw to prevent our baby hurting himself. Again, this is supposed to be a family friendly room. The shower floods and leaves water everywhere making it unsafe for people to walk on. The pool barmen was very rude. He doesn’t ask you what you’d like, he just stairs at you like your dirt in the ground. I asked him for a drinks menu he abruptly says NO. When he gave our drinks, he slammed them down on the counter, walked away without saying thank you, and honestly made us feel so unwelcome. This happened 3 times. I had to make a complaint to management
