Great location, lovely views, great staff. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, washing machine,microwave, kitchen utensils and a good firm mattress, there were also a couple of deck chairs if you wanted to spend time on the beach. The view was great, and the balcony received sun for the majority of the day, when I was there in September. Supermarket, literally downstairs,and shops and restaurants very close by. There is a supermarket in the town a 15 minute walk, if you need a good shop without paying tourist prices. Felipe was helpful and constructive with directions and information. I would, and will come again

This property is very well located a short walk from the beach. It is a studio apartment suited to a solo traveller like myself, or a couple. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities within walking distance.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing! Very well equipped apartment, complimentary bottle of water in fridge! All items required for daily cleaning in apartment are there for you(dishes, etc) washing machine, air-conditioning also there for your comfort! If in the area would definitely stay here again😁

“Far beyond expectations...”

Cozy and full of those little things that make your stay feeling like home with a spectacular view (during daylight or under the moonlight if you are lucky). We will come back as often as we can. Felipe and Luisa made their best to solve little issues or giving advice on daily life matters. This place is near the beach, arround the corner with the convenience store, retaurants and shops....simply perfect for a couple giving a romantic trip

An absolutely fantastic appartement in a great location and with incredible views. The appartement has everything you can possibly need: a clean bathroom with plenty of space and a washing machine + drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen, enough wardrobe space and plenty of space to sit down and relax. But our absolute favourite part was the balcony with gorgeous beach and lighthouse views! Felipe is such a wonderful host and really went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible. He was very quick to come back to any queries I had via WhatsApp and he gave me a super detailed explanation of how to get to the accommodation, including videos!! Even without having internet on the day itself, the videos and description led me to the accommodation in 1 go. Very clear and friendly communication and thank you for the wine and water in the fridge upon arrival, really appreciate it. The appartement is located brilliantly, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets and heaps of free parking space outside. The accommodation really made our stay, thank you so much Felipe!

The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. It was handy having a small supermarket at the bottom of the accommodation block. The stand out feature of the apartment was the balcony which had a great view and sunshine nearly all day.

“Stunning views from spotless studio”

Exceptionally comfortable stay in this beautiful studio. Views of sunset and sunrise from the balcony were really lovely. Everything we needed for an easy stay was provided and communication from the hosts was 10/10. WiFi was great, as we both were working whilst there and taking meetings. Beds were beyonnnnnd comfortable!!! I was worried at first they might be too firm, but they were amazing. Location was ideal too. Nice walk into Morro Jable, loads of free parking and right on the beach.

We were 3 weeks in this apartment! Great location right in front of the beach, market and other facilities, extremely clean, complete kitchen and bathroom, very strong air conditioning, communication with the owner was nice. Highly recommended.

- very convenient location near shops, supermarket, restaurants - free parking available in the area (although maybe a short walk from the building) - between the apartment and the beach with salt meadows is just the main road (to the water less than 10 minutes) - very modern and well maintained studio with everything you need - high quality furniture - big terrace with fantastic sea view - very nice contact with the owner - comfortable (single) beds - modern air conditioning that doubles as fan - effective blackout curtains (and you really need them because of the lighthouse just across the street) A special thanks to Felipe for being such a great host!

“Perfect stay”

We had a perfect stay at this apartment. Everything necessary was included. We did not use these things but there was also sewing kit, iron and hairdryer in case of need. You can see that Felipe want to make sure you have no troubles. The towels and bedsheets smelled so nice and this room was the cleaniest one I ever saw on vacation. We absolutely love the sea view from apartment. The place was calm so we enjoyed relax on the balcony many times. The building in front of apartment is not problem in the view and also you have privacy as this is last floor and no one is above you. The furniture is modern and in very good condition and the quality of mattress in the beds are also very fine. We had good sleep and when you wake up and can see the blue sea it is so good. Also the air conditioning was very useful. Parking is possible in front of the complex and there were many spots. Self check-in and self check-out also very easy and better for us, as we had delayed flight. The beach is close and in this place is less people than in the centre of Morro Jable, so we like it more. The supermarket and ice cream also near, we stopped there every time by the way from beach. Communication with Felipe was very good ane he also translated to my czech language. The apartment was excellently equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea was a great start to the day. Lots of good restaurants close by.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful beachfront apartment rented from Felipe, and I must say it was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning views of the ocean that stretched out before us. The apartment was perfectly situated to provide an unobstructed view of the beach and the sea, and we spent many hours just sitting on the balcony soaking in the scenery. The apartment itself was also wonderful. It was evident that Felipe had put a lot of thought into making sure that everything was well-equipped and comfortable for his guests. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living room was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV that we enjoyed using in the evenings. Another thing that really stood out to us was how well-maintained everything was. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and all the appliances were in perfect working order. Felipe was an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to answer our questions and make sure that we had everything we needed. He gave us great tips about local restaurants and attractions, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout our stay. All in all, I would highly recommend Felipe's beachfront apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay by the sea. The views are breathtaking, the apartment is well-equipped and cozy, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time, and I am sure that you will too!
