Very old property too much mosquito and others insects no air conditioning they didn’t accept Visa cards didn’t speak English the wardrobe was broken the furniture it’s very old the pillowcase old and dirty

Reasonably comfortable and spacious room, not far from the centre of Moroni. The owner Serge and his wife were friendly and helpful and let me use the terrace with sea view, heat something in the kitchen, store my luggage etc. They can also help to find a taxi or a guide for tours on Grand Comore.

At least Farida's relative took me to the hospital when I was bitten by their dog and was bleeding severely, and he helped me in the situation.

Unfortunately a little bit to expensive for what you get. The personal is super friendly.

“Good budget option in Moroni”

Farida was very friendly and it was good to chat to someone local about the life on the island. Helped to arrange pick-up from the airport and the driver to take me around the island. The room is basic but functional, comfortable bed. Nice view from the terrace to the ocean. It used to be the residence of the French embassy in the country! Decent restaurant 5min walk away. (no dogs on the property as mentioned in several reviews previously)

“DOG ATTACK!!!”

Dangerous dogs!!!!!! Three guard dogs are very aggressive and attacked me while I walked up the driveway. Was rushed to hospital by strangers as owner just stood there. Three hospital visits, two doctor visits and so far 6 visits to wound clinic. Owner said the dogs get along with MOST guests. Read all the reviews!!! At least one other guest has been bit and at least 3 mention how aggressive the dogs were to them.

The lodge is nice and located just outside the centre; despite being too pricey for what it offers, it is still the most affordable accomodation in town and quite comfortable.

It had a patio with a nice view of the sea. The three big friendly dogs, though perhaps not everyone would like them. Courteous helpful maid

Farida is a wonderful and invested host with a lovely and very simple home. She will be happy to help you with everything. The view from the terrace is very soothing. Three lovely dogs in the garden! My shower worked very well as she has extra tanks on the roof.

The guest house is quite near to Volo Volo Market where you can catch a shared taxi brousse to the airport and it is also not that far from the city centre (like a 30-minute walk). I would say that this is the only positive point.
