Upper level car park door entry , the ramp very dangeoua when wet especially those who arre physical restricted or in older age bracket. Needs to a full rail all the way out to concrete deck

I particularly liked the helpfulness and friendliness of staff and the excellent meal I had in the restaurant. (Special note for Connor please who wasn't on when I left so I couldn't thank him directly). I was also very impressed with the bathroom. As I had stayed there previously (but didn't realize that until I was there this time) I'm not sure if all bathrooms had been altered or I was given one that had hand rails, which I found more than useful.

The room itself was reasonably spacious, tidy, and clean, with a decent bathroom. It was comfortable enough for the stay, and overall the space was well-presented, aside from a few minor details
