Fabulous location, central to shops, cafes, restaurants & beach etc… Lovely balcony area if you get the weather. Great for a couple. Clean, well stocked, bright and good open space. Heating, cooling and additional blanket that was utilised.

“Much needed and relaxing mini vacation”
The location was fantastic, a mere 2 minute walk to some of the best cafes and restaurants in Mornington. Less than a five minute walk to the beach and absolutely stunning views of the bay at both sunrise and sunset. The accommodation was super clean and comfortable and meet all we could want from a short stay.

“Location was great and the Property Managers were very good.”
It was not clean on arrival which was rectified the next day and the lift was not working and hadn’t been for some time. There were 3 flights of stairs and we are in our 70s. This should be noted on the website.
