The welcome by the host who spoke very good English. The apartment itself was excellent good facilities well presented with everything we needed even local coffee provided. It was an excellent location to explore Morlaix.

What can we say we love the place. Wonderful smart clean modern apartment, created within one of the old buildings in the center of town looking out over the square. So many things going for it, to start with the lift that takes you straight to the door of your apartment secondly the shower which is one of the best I've had in any high-class hotel around the world. Third is too good size bedrooms both with top quality mattresses and blackout blinds as well as double glazed windows allowing you a soundproof environment. The kitchen is smart and functional and the living area which is off the kitchen is more than adequate for four people and a high quality TV with lots of channels. Parking is relatively easy as there is free parking to the right of the local supermarket on Rue de Brest 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. Sylvie was a joy to meet and could not do enough to make our stay one of the best of our 10 day trip through Normandy and Brittany.

Sylvie is lovely, very friendly. She met us at the apartment and gave us useful information and said to contact her if we needed anything. Apartment is wonderful. It has everything you need and it was spotless. Location is right in the square, which is central to everything.
