Apartment had no fan or ceiling fan, with no circulation or fresh air. Bathroom was damp. Towels was smelly. Toilet paper rail was broken. Toilet flush did not stop on its own, had to press it up. Hotplate had no plug on. Extension wires and plugs all hanging loose. Kitchen utensils was minimal. No tin opener. Toaster did not work. No dishes for serving food in. Like for braai or salads. Kitchen zink cold water tap did not work. No hanging hooks or any rails for wet swimwear or towels or even dishcloth. TV did not work. Varandah sliding door did not open properly, kept sliding of its rail. No security door at front door of apartment, therefor no circulation of air in apartment. Passages and entrance of building very dirty.

The view is amazing! Can not beat the view and it was nice that The Salty Restaurant was part of the property.
