The location couldn't be better - the centre of town and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The staff were all very helpful, letting us know some interesting places to visit and where to eat. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay here!

Really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very central. Just a 5 min or less walk to the central cathedral. The hotel is an old style hotel with high ceilings and big rooms. There is a locked front door for security at night with staff always on hand to open it for you if you've had a late night. I would definitely recommend staying here, we will again.

Absolutely spectacular! I visited with my wife and our two young children, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — warm, welcoming, respectful, and truly attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located right in the heart of the Centro Histórico. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. I’ve been fortunate to travel to many places around the world, but this has been by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Fully worth it — can’t recommend it enough

“Perfect location to explore a wonderful town!”

I chose this hotel to get a taste of the traditional accommodation and what a good choice it was. The room (#8) was spacious, with thick walls and heavy glass in the doors so we heard no noise at all with our door closed. It was so silent throughout the night that we slept past 8 a.m. which was the perfect time for our made to order delicious breakfasts. All the staff was quiet, gentle, friendly, and efficient. The Canadian government advisory recommended avoiding this area because of gang activity. We saw not one thing that was disturbing but we did see on the roads in the area many trucks with military style police standing in the back with rifles ready to stop any gang activity. It really worked to keep everyone aware they were ready & ever present. We felt beautifully protected and are so glad we proceeded with our travel plans! One hint: reserve a table at the new Diego restaurant: beautiful ambience, delicious food, served beautifully, and priced better than some of the other 'good' restaurants that were not as pleasing. We wished we had just eaten all our meals there instead of sampling others.

The staff were incredible, what an amazing service. We were greeted by smiling faces every time. They were so sweet to even give us gifts, as well as to our daughter, both on our arrival and departure.

I have to highlight the amazing staff, every team member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The style of the hotel was so beautiful and such a unique stay. It was so central I could walk out and be in the square. It was located in such a beautiful part of the town.

What a lovely hotel. My room was large and comfy and the historic house was so beautiful. The best part of my stay however were the exceptional women who staff and run the place. I can't remember ever being welcome so warmly at any place I've ever stayed. (And I'm ancient! 62 years old with lots of hotels under my belt. ) I'm not sure if it's a NaNa thing or a Morelia thing, but wow, what a kind and welcoming place this is. I will definitely return.

Such a great place to stay. Location is excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my family members got sick and they were super attentive to all their needs. The place itself is magical, with a classic Michoacán style. I’d 100% recommend staying here

Everything about the hotel was excellent, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It has a great location, central to all of the city’s main sights. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, a very good size. A major plus was that we had hot water, a problem that we have experienced in a few other properties, all that were much more expensive. Breakfast and the gifts were an extra plus. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Design and great Location.

The building is beautiful, the staff is nice,makes you feel confortable as soon as you enter. Location is perfect. The room is nice,surprisingly well isolated as it is ground floor, but we didn't hear the road. Eaeplugs are provided just in case.
