“We'll never come back.”
The location is great, very walkable distance from the main square. The surroundings are very calm and safe. The main hall of the hotel is really nice and welcoming.

“Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.”
Super comfortable, spacious room with good quality bed. The room had shutters which was great for a deep sleep. Plus there was a nice breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were really helpful.

Often there wasn't enough hot water. Also, it was difficult to get any channels on the TV that weren't in spanish.

“A place to stay for longer”
Lovely room with a big balcony amidst plants, where you could spend an afternoon reading. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast on a lovely terrace. Great location next to a market area and the centre. Very clean.

“Friendly hotel in historic Morelia.”
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. However, We were not advised, in advance, that there was no elevator. The rooms we were assigned were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our friend, who is 80, was given a room on the 2nd floor. The stairs were a killer. The rooms were nice and spacious. We were upgraded to a Master suite, which was nice. Breakfast was good, but limited.
