“Good”
People were friendly. We arrived considerably early but they were incredibly accommodating, since there were 2 people of advanced age it was truly appreciated having access to the rooms early on. And in the hotel's restaurant they gave us takeaway of hot chocolate cost free. Room size was good and also clean.

They never got my booking, I arrived late and had nowhere to stay because they were full… the didn’t even bothered to give me an option or call another branch near by.

“Nice hotel it overlooks the city of Morelia but it’s overpriced and you don’t get what you pay for.”
The location was nice you get to see the whole city of Morelia but it depends on the room you get and it’s next to the mall.
