“the worst booking ever”
I booked a room with hot tub but when I arrived the staff told us that they couldn´t gave us that room because it was no longer available but I already payed for it! Really bad logistics and service!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very nice except when I ordered onion soup they didn't have any. There are a lot of stairs, which is to be expected but the lighting near the stairs was not very good, and because I'm older my eyesight is not good in the dark. I would definitely stay there again.
